of modern insolvency administration
We consider insolvency administration as a service for the creditors and the insolvency court
This comprises a sufficient time budget for each proceedings and the corresponding provision of staff capacities. A pure consideration of the earnings situation of each individual insolvency proceedings does not do justice to an insolvency administration as we see it, since the scope of the creditor services cannot be dependent on the amount of the respective insolvent person's estate.
A conscientious processing of insolvency proceedings therefore requires not only an own strict quality management system but also the physical proximity of the administrator to the proceedings. The insolvency administrator should not require much more than one hour to get to the domicile of the insolvency debtor.
Our main focus of attention in processing corporate insolvencies is on the preservation of the business operation either by way of a reorganisation of the legal entity or through a transferring reorganisation.
For this, close collaboration of interdisciplinary specialists in a law firm is required. Our team in insolvency administration consists of lawyers, economists and technicians with varied practical experience from a wide variety of different sectors.
