Eiffage Énergie Systèmes Acquires 51% Stake in Salvia Group GmbH

Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, a subsidiary of the publicly listed Eiffage Group (ISIN FR0000130452), has acquired a 51% stake in Salvia Group GmbH. The agreement, signed in October 2023, was completed in mid-January 2024 following receipt of customary regulatory approvals. The remaining shares will stay with founder Filippo Salvia, and the existing management team will continue to drive the company’s development.

With Eiffage as a strategic partner, Salvia Gebäudetechnik establishes a strong foundation for the technological and economic advancement of the group. At the same time, Eiffage significantly strengthens its position in Germany as part of its external growth strategy, enhancing expertise in complex and energy-efficient building technology solutions and expanding its nationwide presence in the German market.
