Successful Advisory to Ahorn Group on the Acquisition of Luhmann Funeral Group

As part of a succession solution, Ahorn Group, based in Berlin, has acquired the Luhmann Group, which comprises seven Berlin-based funeral homes: Luhmann Bestattungen, Georg Spich, Bauschke Bestattungen, Georg Hannow, A. Hunold jun., Herbert Richert, and Elise Hoche. With this acquisition, Ahorn Group ensures the sustainable continuation of these established funeral businesses while expanding its local presence.
