SGP Corporate Finance successfully advised insolvency administrator Marc-André Kuhne of the law firm dkr kuhne dr. raith rechtsanwälte on the sale of BOTEC-Scheitza GmbH to SAMA Engineering GmbH. Following the insolvency filing of BOTEC-Scheitza GmbH in November 2024, the search began for an investor for the established manufacturer of drilling equipment and accessories.

The insolvency was triggered by failed negotiations with the financing banks regarding an extension of credit facilities. With SAMA Engineering GmbH, a buyer was found to implement a transfer restructuring, securing the continuation of operations and preserving a significant number of jobs.
