Successful Advisory on the Sale of RFID Specialist GiS to Technology-Focused Investment Firm Technologie Team

As part of a competitive M&A process, Technologie Team Beteiligungs GmbH (“Technologie Team”), based in Oberhausen, acquired 100% of the shares in GiS – Gesellschaft für Informatik und Steuerungstechnik mbH (“GiS”), headquartered in Lenningen (Baden-Württemberg), effective November 15, 2023.

Under the leadership of Nicolas Gutbrod (Managing Director), the SGP Corporate Finance team acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of GiS throughout the entire transaction process.
