Ahorn Group has acquired Walter Kölle Bestattungen, with several locations in the greater Stuttgart area, as well as Abendrot Bestattungen in Renningen. With this acquisition, Ahorn Group ensures the sustainable continuation of these well-established funeral businesses while expanding its local activities.

Buyer

With roots dating back to 1830, Ahorn Group has historically grown through acquisitions into a funeral services network comprising more than 90 regional brands, approximately 300 branches, and over 1,200 employees nationwide. As a subsidiary of IDEAL Lebensversicherung a.G., Ahorn Group is today the largest provider of funeral services in Germany.
