SGP Corporate Finance Advises on the Sale of Industrial Bakery Backsinfonie to REINERS bread & snack

As part of a competitive M&A process, organic bakery manufacturer Backsinfonie GmbH was acquired by REINERS bread & snack KG. All jobs will be preserved. In December 2023, the Local Court of Landshut initiated preliminary insolvency proceedings over the bakery’s assets and appointed PLUTA restructuring expert Ivo-Meinert Willrodt as preliminary insolvency administrator. Within just two months of the process, SGP Corporate Finance was able to identify a reliable partner. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction. In addition to safeguarding the Moosinning site, the solution also secures all jobs. Willrodt was supported in the proceedings by attorney Mirko Möllen.
