SGP Principal Solutions Acquires Office People

SGP Principal Solutions has acquired all shares in the Office People Group, headquartered in Münster, through its investment company Office People Supra GmbH. With approximately 7,000 employees and revenue of approximately €280 million in fiscal year 2025, Office People is one of Germany’s leading staffing service providers.

The acquisition is taking place as part of SGP’s Principal Solutions model, “Shareholder as a Service.” Under this model, SGP assumes ownership responsibilities at the request of the stakeholders and supports companies in their stabilization and further development. The long-term goal is to develop strategic options for the restructured company.
