Upon transfer, the outgoing shareholder achieves immediate deconsolidation. The restructuring process is deliberately separated from the previous ownership structure. SGP Principal Solutions establishes a clear governance framework, assumes responsibility for steering the transformation process, and works closely with stakeholders and the management team to implement agreed stabilization and value-enhancement measures. Shareholder and Restructuring-as-a-Service represents an entrepreneurial and performance-driven form of external restructuring — particularly suited for situations where conventional restructuring or M&A approaches reach their limits.
