Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgelösung erwirbt die Ahorn Gruppe aus Berlin die Luhmann Gruppe, zu welcher die sieben Berliner Bestattungsinstitute Luhmann Bestattungen, Georg Spich, Bauschke Bestattungen, Georg Hannow, A. Hunold jun., Herbert Richert und Elise Hoche gehören.

Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgelösung erwirbt die Ahorn Gruppe aus Berlin die Luhmann Gruppe, zu welcher die sieben Berliner Bestattungsinstitute Luhmann Bestattungen, Georg Spich, Bauschke Bestattungen, Georg Hannow, A. Hunold jun., Herbert Richert und Elise Hoche gehören. Durch die Übernahme sichert die Ahorn Gruppe das nachhaltige Fortbestehen der erfolgreichen Bestattungsbetriebe und erweitert ihre lokalen Aktivitäten.
Käufer
Die Ahorn Gruppe, deren Wurzeln bis auf das Jahr 1830 zurückgehen, ist durch Übernahmen historisch zu einem Bestattungsverbund mit mehr als 90 regionalen Marken sowie deutschlandweit rund 300 Filialen über 1.200 Mitarbeitern gewachsen. Damit ist die Tochter der IDEAL Lebensversicherung a.G. heute der größte Anbieter von Bestattungsdienstleistungen
in ganz Deutschland.
