Advising Cleanskin Betriebs GmbH on its sale to Aever Clinics Germany GmbH
SGP Corporate Finance advised insolvency administrator Ivo-Meinert Willrodt and attorneys Linda Haneke and Rasmus Linden of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as part of an international M&A transaction involving the sale of the business operations of Cleanskin Betriebs GmbH to Aever Clinics Germany GmbH.

Transaction
As part of the transaction, Aever Clinics Germany GmbH is acquiring several locations of Cleanskin Betriebs GmbH in Germany. These include the clinics in Dortmund, Leipzig, Essen, and Munich, which will remain open and will be operated by Aever Clinics going forward. It is also expected that the Düsseldorf location—which had already been shut down prior to the insolvency—will be able to reopen. Treatment will continue seamlessly for customers. This investor-led solution thus ensures the continuation of business operations at the acquired locations and provides a sense of security for the employees working there.
“We have been working intensively on a solution over the past few weeks. I am very pleased that we were able to achieve an optimal outcome for Cleanskin. I would like to thank everyone involved for the constructive negotiations, as well as SGP Corporate Finance for the successful collaboration during the investment process,” says Ivo-Meinert Willrodt.
