Sale of Holzhauser pharmacy group proves SGP Group's interdisciplinary approach
In February 2025, the Holzhauser pharmacy group, one of the leading cytostatic drug manufacturers in southern Germany, was sold to the Zeifang pharmacy group.
Transaction
Due to a regulatory provision, the pharmacy group had to be sold within a year. In this challenging environment, SGP provided exclusive advice with a team from the financial advisory, M&A and legal consulting departments and accompanied the transaction comprehensively and jointly until its successful completion.

Holzhauser Pharmacy Group consists of three pharmacies located in Regensburg, Bad Abbach, and Lengfeld. The group is one of the largest cytostatic drug manufacturers in southern Germany.

Zeifang Pharmacy Group is a Hamburg-based company that manufactures cytostatic drugs, among other things.
