Die Ravensburger AG hat eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der Margarete Steiff GmbH von der Steiff Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH erworben. SGP Schneider Geiwitz hat Ravensburger im Rahmen der Transaktion mit einer Financial Due Diligence, einer Tax Due Diligence und transaktionsbegleitender Beratung unterstützt.

Perlon® Group: Investor process successfully completed
• The Perlon® Group, with production sites in Germany, Poland, and China, has been successfully transferred as part of a global investor solution. • Despite extensive operational restructuring measures, nearly 450 of the approximately 510 jobs in Germany were preserved. • The internationally renowned traditional brand Perlon® will continue to exist as a corporate group with a long-term future perspective. • The future of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of synthetic filaments has thus been permanently secured.

First Office Anniversary in Munich: Interdisciplinary networking at the new location
To mark its “First Office Anniversary”, SGP Munich hosted a joint event on 22 April 2026 for the Legal, Restructuring, Financial Advisory and Corporate Finance departments at its new offices at 156 Leopoldstraße. The event brought together staff and business partners and provided a setting for personal interaction in a new working environment – deliberately across different departments. The occasion was the Munich office’s move to its new premises on Leopoldstraße.
